Clickk + HubSpot

Clickk captures leads from interactive content and can deliver them to a HubSpot account connected by the creator. The connection uses HubSpot OAuth, so each creator authorizes the HubSpot account they want to use.

1. Sign in to Clickk and open Settings.
2. Select Connect HubSpot.
3. Choose the HubSpot account you want to connect.
4. Review the requested permissions and approve the connection.
5. Return to Clickk and confirm that the connection is shown as active.

You must have permission to install applications in the HubSpot account. If HubSpot does not show the account you expect, confirm that you are signed in with the correct HubSpot user and that the user can install apps.

Clickk requests only the permissions needed for the connection and lead delivery workflow:

• oauth — authorize the Clickk connection.
• crm.objects.contacts.read — read contact records where required by the integration.
• crm.objects.contacts.write — create or update contacts from captured Clickk leads.

• If the connection button fails, refresh Settings and try the OAuth flow again.
• If your account is not listed, sign in to the intended HubSpot portal with a user who can install apps.
• If a lead does not appear in HubSpot, confirm the Clickk connection is active and contact support with the approximate submission time.
